Randolph School District uses a Help Ticket system to assist with managing request for both Technology and Building and Grounds.
Each Ticket that is submitted will have a unique number assigned to it. Updates can be easily checked and well as additional information from IT Support or Building Support can be provided for self guided resolutions.
Please provide your RSDWI email address when creating a ticket and choose the appropriate topic:
